| Return Policy
At New Area Rugs Now, customer satisfaction is our main priority. We stand
behind every one of our rugs with our 15-day Satisfaction Guaranteed Warranty. If, for any reason you are not 100% completely satisfied with your
rug, return it within 15 days and we will issue you a full refund of your
purchase price (It may take 3-4 business days for a credit to process.)
Please note: Any custom-made area rugs are non-refundable. If your rug arrived damaged or defective we
will be happy to replace the rug at no extra charge. Rugs that have been soiled or visibly damaged will not
be accepted. NO refunds after 15 days.
Please call us at 1-800-784-7313 and one of our friendly customer service representatives will provide you
with instructions for your return, or you may email us at admin@newcarpetnow.com. Returns should come
back to us completely wrapped and in its original packaging if possible. Please do not fold the rugs or apply
tape or glue directly on the rugs. We recommend that your return be sent back to us by way of UPS or FedEx
or any other carrier that will be able to insure and track your package.
Note: Custom sized or personalized rugs may not be returned for credit. Rug pads that have been cut or
trimmed may not be returned for credit.
Follow these steps for returning your rug: (US Customers Only)
- Call us toll-free at 1-800-784-7313 or email us at admin@newcarpetnow.com to receive your
Return Authorization Number, RA#.
- Wrap the rug(s) securely in the original packaging or equivalent. Be sure to write your RA#
on the outside of the package.
- Use the carrier of your choice to return the package unless you are instructed otherwise.

REMINDER: PLEASE CALL US AT 1-800-784-7313 OR EMAIL US AT ADMIN@NEWCARPETNOW.COM BEFORE RETURNING YOUR RUG. WE WILL ISSUE YOU AN RA# THAT MUST BE WRITTEN ON YOUR RETURN.
RUGS RETURNED DAMAGED OR SOILED, WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER OR IF MORE THAN
15 DAYS HAVE PASSED AFTER THE RA# WAS ISSUED, YOUR RETURN WILL BE REFUSED.
